We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee and 100% satisfaction on the stock products we sell. Refund will be given for the full product cost, not including shipping and handling. We only accept returns on full-case quantities that are in the original packaging and in saleable condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective, drop ship orders.
Shipping and handling charges are only refunded on products that are defective or were sent to you in error.
Custom-made or custom-printed merchandise is not returnable unless defective.
Returns on seasonal items are accepted until December 15 of the current year.
